Baseball Varsity
Overview
The Holderness baseball team plays a competitive spring schedule in the Lakes Region League. Our player development philosophy mixes technical, individualized feedback on hitting, fielding, and pitching mechanics with more team-based tactical practice. There is also a substantial focus on off-season strength and conditioning in order to maximize power, agility, and arm health. In addition to our alumni who have gone on to star in Division I and Division III athletics in other sports, recent baseball players have continued on to play at Brown, UVM, Middlebury, Amherst, Bates, Colby, Wesleyan, and Hamilton, to name a few of the more popular destinations.
