DIRECTIONS FOR PARENTS: HOW TO SIGN-UP FOR CONFERENCES

Sign-in (returning users)

If you registered for academic conferences in the past, use the same username and password that you created at that time.

Register (new users)

  1. Enter your email address and click "Login/Create Account" (Note: only one parent or guardian needs to create an account and sign up for conferences for their child. Appointment reminders will be sent to the email address used during the signup process).
  2. Fill in the required fields and register.

Identify Student

For each child, there are two required prompts. The first is a student ID which will be the student’s first full name + last name (e.g. BenjaminFranklin). The second is the student’s birth date and should be entered in the format mm/dd/yyyy (e.g. 01/17/1706).

Scheduling

  1. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which color, and the times increase as you go down the page. (Note: you will not see all of the teachers, just the set of teachers that your child has for class).
  2. Click on a square to book that time.
  3. You should try to schedule an appointment with each of your child's teachers.
  4. College Counseling (optional): If you are the family of a junior, please feel free to schedule a Winter Conference meeting time with your dedicated college counselor (Mr. Barton or Ms. Mulcahy). If you are the family of a senior and wish to schedule a meeting, please email your college counselor directly to schedule an alternative time to connect.
  5. You should also schedule an appointment with your child's advisor, but try to set it up for a time AFTER you have met with all of your child's teachers.  The advisor will appear in the key with “ADVISOR” near their name (e.g. Cabot, Tyler - ADVISOR - Tyler Cabot)
  6. Click "Create Appointment"
  7. The system allows each teacher one conference per child per class.

Repeat until you have a conference time scheduled with each teacher.

  • At any time you can click on "Printable Schedule" and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule. You will also have the option to email your schedule to yourself.
  • If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with the email address and password you used to create your account.
  • Click on “Your Schedule” to display and hide your appointments. There will be links to change the time or cancel the appointment.
  • Your confirmation email will include the Zoom links for each of your meetings.
  • Please make sure to share your conference schedule with your child. They will be attending the Zoom conferences with you.

Please Note: If you would like to make an appointment with a teacher that your child does not have for class, please contact Lydia Darling, at ldarling@holderness.org or (603) 779-5248.
