What does it look like to train athletes for multiple sports? Holderness School's multi-sport approach allows student-athletes to compete at a varsity level in one sport while training and preparing for another. Strength and Conditioning Coach Morgan Llewelyn's program provides students with the knowledge and the structure to make it happen.
