Bulls sluggish in Worcester leading to 4-1 defeat

Alan Thompson
Holderness did not have any energy and could not click on many plays tonight against a hard-working Worcester team.  Even though the Bulls controlled puck possession for most of the game and outshot Worcester, they could not find an answer to beat a talented Worcester goalie.  Bad defensive positioning and careless defensive play all night led to three breakaway goals for Worcester and the Bulls could not spark a comeback after falling behind 3-0 after 2 periods of play.  In the third, the Bulls had some early chances, but came up empty and left the rink feeling frustrated for the 2nd time in two years against Worcester.  Holderness will try to rebound in a quick turnaround as they head down to face Choate tomorrow.
