Bulls offense sparks 8-4 road win to start the season

Alan Thompson
Holderness provided a balanced offensive attack at Hebron on Wednesday afternoon leading the Bulls to an 8-4 win.  Alex Gagnon led the team with 3 goals and 3 assists starting his senior campaign off with a blazing hot start.  Two newcomers Isaiah Fox and Tim Manning both scored highlight reel goals off of nice rushes in the 2nd and 3rd keeping momentum going for the Bulls.  Alex Wisnes also potted his first two goals as a Bull and Tanner Ensign capped the scoring midway through the 3rd with his 1st tally of the year.  Connor Androlewicz was very solid between the pipes in his first Bulls game stopping 29 of 32 shots- a lot of which came from close range and were dangerous scoring chances against.  The Bulls dominated 5 v 5 play all night, but will need to improve their team discipline and stay out of the penalty box if they want to have success moving forward. Next up is Academy St Louis at home on Friday night.
