  • Director of Institutional Advancement

    Holderness School seeks an accomplished advancement professional who embraces the School’s values of fairness, dependability, initiative and empathy and who will be responsible for leading the School’s efforts in the areas of development, parent relations, alumni affairs, and special events. The Director of Institutional Advancement reports directly to the Head of School, and serves as the School’s chief external strategist in the formulation and execution of an orchestrated effort to project and engage Holderness School to its loyal alumni and dedicated parent constituencies.     Holderness School seeks a dynamic and accomplished advancement professional to serve in a high visibility opportunity as Director of the Holderness Fund. This position, which reports directly to the Director of Institutional Advancement, provides leadership in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs whose purpose is to build a long-term base of support while also raising maximum support for Holderness School.     Holderness School seeks a Mechanical Department Supervisor who is responsible for the day-to-day operation, preventative maintenance, and repairs to campus HVAC and plumbing systems including the central heating plant that provides heat and hot water to 24 buildings on campus (12 months a year).
