Welcome to the Bartsch Athletic Center

The School’s 600 acres include eight large playing fields, ten tennis courts, a covered artificial ice rink, and ten kilometers of cross-country ski trails. The School’s elite Eastern alpine ski team, as well as its varsity, junior varsity, and recreational alpine skiers, and its quickly growing snowboard program train each day on the slopes of either Water Valley ski resort or Loon Mountain.

The Bartsch Athletic Center, provides locker, shower, and weight-training facilities, while the Gallop Athletic Center offers a basketball court/multipurpose arena, a ski preparation room/bike room, a fitness center, and two squash courts.
