Holderness Sponsors a Concert for Haiti
3/5/2010
There's a benefit concert happening tonight in Hagerman and everyone's invited.
The performers? Several award-winning vocalists (and members of the Holderness family), including Stephen Gibbs, Alyson Tracy, Cheryl Hanks, Craig Zamzow, and Casey Gibbs. If you missed last Sunday's concert, you've got another chance tonight. Oh, and Webster dorm will be there, too, to perform for everyone.
The cause? It's a concert in support of L'Hopital Albert Schweitzer, a hospital located north of Port-au-Prince in an area hosting over 150,000 of those displaced by the earthquake.
Nick Goodrich '11, whose family has connections to Haiti, spoke today at assembly, and helped us understand the current conditions there, urging us to find ways to support a great organization, overburdened by the needs of those it tries to serve.
Come tonight, have some fun, and help those in need.
