Lacrosse Girls Varsity
The Holderness girls lacrosse program seeks to teach its athletes to be excellent lacrosse players, worthy opponents, diligent workers and admirable teammates.
To this end, we teach each player the basic skill set of the game in order to compete, work extremely hard during practices, and talk frequently about what it means to be part of a team and how to train to meet the goals of the team, as well as those of each individual.
Over the past five years, the varsity girls lacrosse team has won the Lakes Region title three times. In addition to team accomplishments, individual players have represented Holderness at the New England All Star game and at the National Tournament (as part of the Upper New England teams).
